Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex business and marketing plans, assessing market penetration and product positioning.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and conduct competitive analysis.
• Lead Red Team analysis and support pricing strategies to protect market leadership and profit margins.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to launch new products and enhance existing ones.
• Support field teams to optimize account approaches and drive partnership penetration.
• Manage product releases through the entire product life‑cycle.

Required profile

• Demonstrated depth of expertise in product marketing within a technical environment.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Leadership experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to devise innovative solutions.
