Global Portfolio Manager – Home Environment Markets

About the role

As a Global Portfolio Manager for the Home Environment Markets portfolio at 3M, you will lead global product marketing and strategy for the Filtrete™ brand and related product lines. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to drive growth, market share, and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global portfolio direction for existing and new products, aligning with sales and gross margin targets.
• Lead brand initiatives to improve Filtrete™ consumer KPIs such as growth, mix, household penetration, and share.
• Manage the New Product Introduction pipeline, partnering with Insights, R&D, Finance, and Marketing Communications to build business cases and guide the gate process.
• Conduct market and consumer insight research to influence portfolio planning and lifecycle management.
• Oversee product line pricing strategy and lifecycle decisions across global markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start).
• At least nine years of experience in marketing, new product commercialization, sales, or related business functions, including cross‑functional team work.
• Experience in consumer‑packaged goods, HVAC, air filtration, or home environment product industries is a plus.
