About the role
DeChant Law, a Denver‑based criminal defense firm, is seeking a Global Intake Specialist to manage the full intake cycle for prospective clients. The role combines front‑line client interaction with consultative sales, turning inquiries into signed engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and act as the first point of contact for potential clients.
- Guide prospects through the entire intake process, from initial conversation to signing the engagement agreement.
- Apply high‑level consultative sales techniques to build trust and address client needs.
- Close leads during the first call whenever possible, ensuring maximum conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the firm’s CRM system.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Strong consultative sales and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling calls outside regular business hours.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
