Global Intake Specialist - Bilingual

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Global Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients of our law firm. Working remotely, you will deliver a high‑touch, empathetic experience in both English and Spanish, turning leads into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake conversations via phone and messaging applications, gathering essential case information.
• Build rapport quickly, listen actively, and ask thoughtful follow‑up questions to make prospects feel heard.
• Use a consultative, relationship‑based sales approach to convert qualified leads into signed clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the firm’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless transition from intake to case management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
