Global Industrial Channel Marketer

About the role

The Global Industrial Channel Marketer joins 3M’s Global Industrial Channel Marketing organization, collaborating with innovative 3Mers worldwide. This position offers a pathway for professionals from private, public, government or military backgrounds to transition into a 3M career.

Key responsibilities

• Apply market, customer and channel insights to shape marketing plans, campaigns and business decisions.
• Develop and activate account‑based and channel marketing programs that support strategic growth and partner engagement.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, promotional, training, content, webinar and sales‑enablement tactics.
• Partner with sales, category, eCommerce, operations, finance, creative teams and channel partners to align plans with business priorities.
• Manage marketing investment funds, activation calendars, co‑branded assets and execution processes with strong discipline.
• Track, analyze and communicate campaign performance to improve visibility, accountability and future planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified prior to start.
• At least five years of experience in a comparable marketing or sales function, or industry expertise in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience in the industrial supply, wholesale or distribution industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate and influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Marketing planning, sales, tactical execution or project management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
