About the role
The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for our Identification Solutions business in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, this hands‑on leader will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of high‑quality animal‑health products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead master scheduling, buyer analysis, order management, production scheduling, customer fulfillment and inventory management.
- Direct daily and long‑term activities of supply‑chain, shipping, receiving and fulfillment teams.
- Partner with Global Supply Chain and Commercial teams to analyze market trends, demand and inventory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review forecasts, sales trends and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and continuously improve SAP ERP processes, including full execution of MRP, MPS and production scheduling.
- Apply lean manufacturing and capacity‑planning principles to optimize production flow and inventory levels.
- Establish goals, performance measures and accountability frameworks for planning, fulfillment, purchasing and inventory control.
- Define, monitor and report on KPIs; prepare monthly status reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee monthly inventory reviews for Questionable Value inventory and set annual performance objectives for team members.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in supply‑chain management within a manufacturing or animal‑health environment.
- Deep expertise with ERP/MRP systems, especially SAP.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market data into supply‑chain actions.
- Hands‑on, results‑oriented mindset with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
