About the role

Adara Communities is seeking a bilingual Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities at Cherry Creek Apartments in Houston, TX. This role is pivotal in maintaining high occupancy, delivering exceptional resident service, and supporting overall property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Rent and lease apartments to achieve high occupancy rates.
• Oversee daily leasing operations and assist with overall property management.
• Process rent payments, resident accounts, and leasing documentation with professionalism.
• Address resident service requests, transfers, and move‑out procedures.
• Motivate and support the leasing team to meet performance goals.
• Create content and support social media/marketing initiatives to drive traffic.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure property success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of apartment industry experience, preferably as an Assistant Manager with strong leasing background.
• Proven sales and contract‑closing abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, organized, and positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including some weekends.
• Stable work history, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Live within 20 miles of the property or willing to relocate.
