General Technician – Production & Maintenance

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret information, monitor equipment, and inspect products to maintain quality standards.
• Safely operate and maintain can‑manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Perform quality, maintenance, and housekeeping checks while managing the technical process.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of industrial experience, preferably in high‑speed manufacturing or packaging.
• Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery.
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Able and willing to work mandatory overtime as required.
• Superior work history, including good attendance.
• Forklift operating experience preferred.
