General Manager - Commercial Roofing

About the role

David M. Maines & Associates is expanding its Florida operation and seeks a senior business leader to own the full P&L, drive revenue growth, and build a high‑performing team. The General Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable roofing projects while cultivating long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive top‑line revenue across service, reroof, and new‑construction segments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and existing client relationships.
• Lead the sales process on key accounts and coach the sales team to close their own pipelines.
• Identify recurring revenue opportunities such as maintenance agreements and multi‑site contracts.
• Serve as senior relationship owner for the most important Florida clients, maintaining a Customer NPS above 70.
• Resolve client escalations, warranty issues, and service concerns quickly and professionally.

• Leader who can hold a team accountable and drive sustainable business growth.
• Experience managing full P&L responsibility in a service‑oriented environment.
