General Laborer - Apprentice Candidate

About the role

We are seeking dedicated General Laborers who can qualify for a carpentry apprenticeship. Our team is committed to growth from the inside out, offering a long‑term home for individuals with an aptitude for building and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities

• Support – assist craftsmen, follow direction, and safely execute work plans.
• Learn – participate in hands‑on training, classroom instruction, and instructional labs.
• Safety – recognize hazards, follow precautions, and take part in safety planning.
• Site maintenance – organize tools and materials, keep walkways clear, and perform demolition tasks.

Required profile

• Commercial construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new tasks.
• Physical stamina and capacity to lift heavy objects.
• Collaboration with leadership while upholding strict safety standards.
