General Laborer – 1st Shift Production

About the role

Join Nestlé USA as a General Laborer on the 1st shift, working 12‑hour days from 5:40 am to 5:50 pm in a bakery and production environment. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with equipment used to produce quality pizzas and other baked goods while supporting a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Operate departmental equipment for production, packaging, and bakery processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Assist with quality control of finished products and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment.
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and work in cold and hot conditions.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on the 1st shift schedule.
