About the role

The Athletic Department at the University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking non‑student assistants to support game days and other athletic events. This hourly position provides hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced sports environment while contributing to the success of campus athletics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist athletic administrative staff with setup, operation, and breakdown of game day activities.
• Provide logistical support during sporting events, including crowd management and equipment handling.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for athletes, staff, and spectators.
• Perform clerical tasks such as distributing materials, updating signage, and maintaining event records.
