Ochsner Health Baton Rouge is seeking a full‑time Otolaryngology physician to join its established, high‑volume ENT practice. The position offers the chance to work within a collegial, multi‑specialty environment that emphasizes integrated patient care and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a wide group of general ENT and ENT subspecialty physicians.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for patient documentation and management.
• Participate in a strong internal referral network and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Contribute to the department’s educational and research initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible otolaryngology physician.
• Willingness to work full‑time in an integrated practice model.
• Commitment to high‑quality patient care and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the EPIC EMR platform.
