Full‑Time Nurse Aide Instructor & Program Coordinator

About the role

Atlanta Technical College seeks a Full‑Time Instructor to teach and coordinate its Nurse Aide program. The role combines classroom and clinical instruction with program administration, supporting student success in nursing and health‑related careers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily instruction to nursing and nurse aide students in classroom and clinical settings, following approved curricula and syllabi.
• Coordinate clinical site rotations, schedule clinical experiences, and maintain communication with clinical partners.
• Maintain grade books, attendance records, and other required documentation, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
• Advise and counsel students, assist with recruitment and job placement, and prepare annual program reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Active Georgia RN license and at least one year of long‑term care nursing experience.
• Willingness to attend the Train‑the‑Trainer workshop from Alliant Health Solutions.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
