Full‑Time Merchandising Services Associate (Day Shift)

About the role

As a Merchandising Services Associate you will be the link between merchandising and store operations, ensuring that signage, pricing, and product displays are accurate, attractive, and easy for customers to navigate. The position is full‑time, day‑shift and primarily based in a Lowe's store.

Key responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items, prepare them for shipping, and maintain accurate wayfinding and product location signage.
• Update and validate price labels, replace missing or damaged signage, and ensure digital information is current.
• Stage clearance products, sort merchandise, and arrange displays to drive add‑on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and schedules with the Merchandising Services team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution to store, market, and corporate leaders.

Required profile

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Good listening and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using web‑based computer programs to complete tasks.
• Willingness to work weekday shifts; weekend work may be required for some locations.
