Full‑time Graphic Designer

About the role

BODYROK, a fast‑growing boutique Pilates reformer studio franchise, is looking for a creative full‑time Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets across digital and print channels, helping to strengthen the brand experience for members and franchisees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual content for social media, email campaigns, studio signage, promotional materials, merchandise, and event collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established guidelines and updating the brand book, templates, and digital asset library.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing, Leadership, and franchise teams to develop concepts, incorporate feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
• Support basic video and motion content creation using tools such as Canva or CapCut.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design with the ability to work within an established brand identity.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Located in Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; or New York, NY.
