About the role

Endex is building a next‑generation AI‑driven digital coworker for finance, and needs a dedicated recruiter to own the full talent lifecycle. Based in New York City, you will shape the hiring process from sourcing top university talent to closing offers for candidates eager to join a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering and related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop and maintain pipelines with leading universities and talent programs, positioning Endex as a premier destination for graduates.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a compelling narrative about Endex’s product, mission, and growth opportunities.
• Design and continuously improve hiring infrastructure—scorecards, take‑home assignments, and processes—to ensure fast, high‑signal hiring.
• Partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers to define role requirements and accelerate hiring decisions.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize time‑to‑hire without compromising quality.
