About the role
Santander is seeking a Full‑Time Teller to join its Carlisle, PA branch. In this customer‑focused position you will handle daily banking transactions, provide exceptional service, and help protect the bank from fraud and risk.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service while minimizing wait times.
- Identify and refer product solutions, cross‑sell bank offerings, and educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
- Follow all compliance, risk‑management and fraud‑prevention policies.
- Assist with custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- At least 6 months cash‑handling experience and 6 months customer‑service experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required skills
- Computer proficiency.
- Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
