About the role

Join Santander’s Acton branch as a Full‑Time Teller, providing essential banking services to customers while delivering an elevated level of service. You will be the first point of contact, helping clients with everyday transactions and guiding them toward digital self‑service options.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk‑management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital tools and self‑service options.
• Support custodial, audit, and other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist nearby branches when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 6 months cash‑handling experience (required).
• Minimum 6 months demonstrated customer‑service experience (required).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Energetic, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
