Full-Time Store Supervisor – San Clemente

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Beyond Yoga outlet in San Clemente, CA. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on operational excellence, employee engagement and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily store procedures, including opening and closing, cash handling and payroll management.
• Manage inventory control, receiving, sending, price changes, RTVs, markdowns and transfers.
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training and retention of store team members.
• Ensure visual merchandising follows corporate guidelines and recommend adaptations.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues positively.
• Coach and develop associates, handling performance management and minor employee relations.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive work environment and build community connections through events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail supervision or team leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Commitment to brand values and an inclusive culture.
