Full-Time Store Supervisor – Retail Leadership

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor for its Levi’s Outlet in Asheville, NC. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Adhere to Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliability, including dependable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Age 18 + and willingness to work flexible retail hours.
