About the role

Levi's® is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to join the team at the Las Vegas South Premium Outlet. This full‑time position supports store management in delivering the brand’s iconic experience, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established performance goals.
• Model and coach customer‑service standards to achieve KPI targets such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards to ensure a flawless presentation.
• Assist in training, retaining, and developing store staff in line with Levi’s selling practices.
• Manage controllable expenses and contribute to overall financial growth.
• Assume store manager duties in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
