About the role

Join the hospitality team at the Westin Raleigh‑Durham Airport as a full‑time Starbucks Barista. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering high‑quality coffee and exceptional service in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, following the 15/5 rule (eye contact at 15 ft, greeting within 5 ft).
• Maintain a clean service area, including tables, chairs, floors, and equipment.
• Prepare coffee and food items to standard recipes, customizing orders as requested.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security procedures.
• Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear, pleasant communication.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Clean background check and reliable transportation.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
