About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Full‑Time Supervisor to lead the University Village Mall store in Seattle. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Uphold Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and coach team members.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding store and individual sales goals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lb, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
