Full-Time Medical Assistant – Family Medicine (Provo)

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our busy Family Medicine clinic in Provo. The successful candidate will support physicians by handling clinical tasks, maintaining patient records, and delivering courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Obtain and record vital signs, blood pressure, weight, temperature, brief medical history, medication list and review of systems.
  • Accompany the provider during patient visits, create clinic notes and perform scribing duties.
  • Maintain and update patient records and other clinical information.
  • Set up examination rooms and assist with minor procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned while ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Work a variable schedule, typically four days per week from 8 am to 6 pm.

Required profile

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
  • Experience in a Family Medicine setting is preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time hours as described.
