Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse – Primary Care Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in our Primary Care Clinic. The LPN will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, delivering nursing services including IV therapy and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including IV therapy, following the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff to ensure a high‑quality patient experience.
• Adapt to rapid changes in unit needs and assist ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties.
• Maintain up‑to‑date clinical knowledge, certifications and comply with federal, state and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: IV therapy credentials.
