Full-Time House Manager & Family Assistant (Tech‑Savvy)

About the role

We are a close‑knit family of five in Scottsdale seeking a full‑time House Manager & Family Assistant to keep our home running smoothly, support both parents and three young children, and bring tech‑savvy organization to daily life.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain household systems, oversee donations, reduce clutter, and automate bills.
• Plan, prep and clean up simple healthy family meals five days a week, respecting dietary restrictions.
• Handle errands, inventory management, grocery shopping and coordinate home deliveries.
• Manage laundry, linen care and seasonal wardrobe swaps.
• Provide pet care including walks, training reinforcement and vet appointments.
• Support family logistics such as backup childcare, school paperwork, travel planning and occasional overnight assistance.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and coordinate home repairs with contractors.

• Discreet, professional and respectful of privacy and cultural values.
• Warm and attuned to children, especially verbal, emotionally sensitive kids.
• Efficient, organized and able to anticipate needs without being asked.
• Fragrance‑free, comfortable with dogs and able to manage a dynamic household.
• College‑educated, articulate and adaptable with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion for task and project management.
• Experience using Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Chat, Docs).
• Comfort with Android applications and digital tools.
