About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator for its Aurora, CO service center. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock moving a variety of freight safely in and out of trailers up to 53 feet long.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from enclosed trailers.
- Handle different types of freight, ensuring safe and efficient movement.
- Maintain accurate records by reading manifests and interacting with computer displays.
- Follow safety protocols and keep the dock area organized.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
- Basic computer literacy to read displays and input data.
