Full-Time Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift at our Grand Rapids service center. The position starts at $24.03 per hour, with paid time off after 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package that includes access to employee resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Move various types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long.
• Load and unload freight from trailers while maintaining proper handling procedures.
• Operate a forklift on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
• Ensure the dock area remains organized and free of hazards.

Required profile

• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Read manifests and interact with computer displays.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or LTL setting.
