Full-Time Barista – Coffee & Espresso Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Barista to prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages at our New York location. The role involves following HACCP guidelines, handling cash transactions, and delivering friendly service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and coffee orders using standard recipes and measurements.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and process cash or card payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and supplies while maintaining a clean service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures in line with HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, utensils and workstations.
• Greet customers courteously, answer menu questions and address concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a barista.
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Friday, with variable hours.
• Strong attention to food safety and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• HACCP compliance.
