Full-Time Barista – Coffee & Espresso Service

About the role

Join Eurest as a full‑time Barista at the Intel campus in Austin, TX. You will prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and related food items while delivering friendly, courteous service to customers during a morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and coffee orders using standard recipes and measurements.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and handle cash or card payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining a clean service area.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety, portion control, and temperature standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations at the start and end of each shift.
• Greet customers courteously, address inquiries, and relay feedback to supervisors.

Required profile

• No prior barista experience required; willingness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift: Monday‑Friday, 6:15 am – 2:45 pm.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food‑safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
