Front Desk Coordinator – Studio Experience Specialist

About the role

Peachy is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator, also known internally as a Studio Experience Specialist, to be the first point of contact for clients at our Brooklyn Heights studio. You will ensure every client enjoys a seamless, educational, and welcoming experience while supporting the Studio Manager and Clinical Providers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and maintain accurate appointment schedules.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding needs, recommending Peachy products and services, and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Execute sales initiatives to meet individual and team performance goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and Clinical Providers to provide a best‑in‑class studio experience.
• Answer client questions about treatments, promote after‑care products, and communicate with the remote Customer Service team.
• Perform opening and closing duties, maintain studio appearance, replenish stock, and ensure infection‑control standards and HIPAA compliance.
