About the role

We are seeking a personable, service‑oriented Front Desk Associate to manage the Elmhurst clinic. This full‑time position supports patients, providers, and the support team while ensuring a five‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere for patients.
• Act as liaison between patients, providers, and support staff (scheduling, billing, etc.).
• Promote a patient‑first, team‑based culture.
• Consistently achieve successful patient scheduling.

Required profile

• Patient‑first attitude with ability to deliver 5‑star service.
• Proven collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Energetic, outgoing personality; experience in sales, hospitality, or events is a plus.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility for non‑traditional schedule, including holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lb and perform frequent movement.
