French-Speaking Group Travel Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Group Travel Operations Manager to design, price, and oversee customized B2B travel programs across Canada and the United States. Working remotely and closely with the founders, you will create high‑quality itineraries for European tour operators while managing supplier relationships and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update annual travel programs covering Canada and the United States.
• Create customized itineraries for European tour‑operator clients.
• Research, source, and negotiate with hotels, transport providers, guides, restaurants, attractions and activities.
• Develop competitive pricing models while protecting profit margins.
• Prepare detailed quotes, proposals and travel packages.
• Write program descriptions and marketing materials primarily in French.
• Provide logistical support for confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong relationships with North‑American vendors and tourism partners.
• Collaborate with leadership on product development and market strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical, structured, or client‑facing role.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Comfortable with pricing, financial analysis and margin management.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
