Freelance Group Art Supervisor – Market Access

About the role

The Freelance Group Art Supervisor shapes high‑level creative direction for large or high‑profile brands, acting as a senior strategic partner to clients in the market‑access space. This remote role supports Nexus Health’s freelancer community, driving innovative, regulated payer communications while collaborating across functions to influence new‑business efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration.
• Work with the Associate Creative Director and Art team to produce standout, strategically focused executions.
• Own projects from start to finish, including writing, referencing, and annotating copy for medical/legal review under tight deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance.

Required profile

• 7‑8+ years of traditional agency experience, with at least 3 years in a market‑access environment.
• Proven creative judgment, strong client interaction skills, ability to collaborate with account management, excellent presentation abilities, and experience leading creative teams and handling multiple accounts.
