About the role

Join a fast‑growing design/build construction firm that creates one‑of‑a‑kind, high‑end custom homes, barns, arenas, wedding venues and other amazing structures. We are looking for skilled carpenters to become part of our crews and help deliver top‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

Perform custom framing, exposed post‑and‑beam installation, siding, and tongue‑and‑groove installation.
Execute rough and finished carpentry work on a variety of structures.
Maintain high quality standards while working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

2+ years of carpentry experience (preferred).
Located in Oregon or Washington and able to work on‑site in the Portland Metro area.
Ability to lift 50 lb repeatedly and have reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

Rough and finished carpentry.
Basic framing knowledge.
Exposed post‑and‑beam installation.
Siding and tongue‑and‑groove installation.
