FP&A Senior Specialist

About the role

Within the Global Business Solutions organization, the FP&A Senior Specialist supports the SAC‑P Center of Excellence throughout the forecasting cycle. The role ensures planning activities are executed effectively, data remains accurate and synchronized, and system outputs are reviewed and corrected.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee SAC planning workstreams, aligning them with project objectives and business priorities.
• Design, support, and implement SAC data models that enable effective planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain import and live connections across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Leverage SAC for Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX modeling and provide insights based on planning outputs.
• Build, enhance, and optimize SAC models, stories, data actions, and allocation logic.
• Support monthly and quarterly FP&A planning processes and maintain reporting for balance sheets, P&L statements, trial balances, and tax reports.
• Oversee daily HANA Studio operations, ensuring platform availability, performance, and scheduled maintenance.
• Manage security and access controls, including role provisioning and audit support.
• Troubleshoot data, connectivity, and system issues, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop operational runbooks, monitoring alerts, and change‑management documentation, identifying automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Application.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A and SAC planning for large or complex systems.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC‑P) as a planning tool.
• Proficiency in importing and connecting both SAP and non‑SAP data sources.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes and ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
