Founding Senior Brand Designer

About the role

As a Senior Brand Designer at Serval, you will define the visual voice of an AI‑native automation platform and shape how the brand appears across every touchpoint. You will lead the creation and execution of campaigns, web experiences, product marketing assets, social content, motion, print, merchandise, and events, while evolving a cohesive brand system.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and execute creative campaigns end‑to‑end across digital, web, social, print, merchandise, and live events.
• Shape and evolve Serval’s brand system—including typography, color, illustration, layout, and visual rules—to ensure a consistent and distinctive presence.
• Own art direction for omni‑channel work such as launches, paid campaigns, conference presence, customer stories, and marketing collateral.
• Partner with product designers, marketers, engineers, and leadership to translate complex AI workflows into clear, expressive design.
• Collaborate with motion designers, copywriters, and external partners from storyboard to final delivery.
• Mentor teammates, provide feedback, and raise the creative bar across the organization.
• Experiment with AI tools to expand visual possibilities and accelerate production.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on visual, graphic, or brand design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and storytelling across multiple mediums.
• Proven track record of owning campaigns and brand systems from concept through execution, including digital, social, video, and physical/event experiences.
• Ability to drive projects end‑to‑end, give and receive direct feedback, and deliver high‑quality work under tight timelines.

• Expert proficiency in Figma.
