Founding Product Designer

About the role

Clark is building the trust infrastructure for the AI economy, focusing on audit and accounting workflows where reliability and security are critical. We are looking for a Founding Product Designer to shape how customers experience our AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences for Clark’s core AI‑driven audit and accounting platform.
• Partner with engineering, product, audit engineers, and customers to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Own the design process from discovery and wireframes through high‑fidelity mockups and production‑ready specifications.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on customer insights.
• Build and evolve Clark’s design system, interaction patterns, and visual language.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing modern software products, with a strong portfolio showcasing product, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience designing complex web applications or enterprise software.
• Ability to simplify complex user workflows and think in systems.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers throughout implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
