Founding Engineer – SF Hackerhouse (Visa Sponsored)

About the role

We’re a German founding team that just raised a $3M pre‑seed round and are looking for a Founding Engineer from the DACH region to join us in our San Francisco Hackerhouse. We’ll fly you out, cover visa sponsorship, and place you at the center of the action.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the CTO & Co‑Founder and ship your own features to production daily.
• Build and scale a fully agentic system that automates the headhunting process end‑to‑end.
• Take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment and ensure delivery.

Required profile

• Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
• Practical experience working with AI, ideally coding with AI tools like Cursor.
• Experience with LLM APIs is a strong plus.
• Startup mindset – high agency, resourceful, and obsessed with creating value.
