Founding CEO for DeFi Protocol

About the role

The Dollar Foundation is seeking a founding Chief Executive Officer to lead capital formation, total value locked (TVL) growth, and the FISC token economy. This is a hands‑on, commercial, crypto‑native executive position focused on scaling a DeFi protocol and championing the ecosystem both online and onstage.

Key responsibilities

• Own capital formation and drive TVL growth across token demand, staking, and vault deposits.
• Set, track, and report key performance metrics for the protocol’s growth.
• Develop and manage the FISC token economy.
• Represent the foundation publicly, articulating vision to curators, funds, and risk firms.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling a DeFi protocol.
• Deep expertise in tokenomics and crypto‑native business models.
• Credibility with crypto curators, investment funds, and risk management firms.
• Ability to communicate vision effectively online and onstage.
