Founding Business Recruiter – Build GTM Hiring Function

About the role

Pallet is looking for a Business/GTM Recruiter to join the founding team and build the entire business recruiting function from the ground up. You will work directly with the Head of Talent, Head of Operations, and the CEO/Founder, shaping hiring strategy for a fast‑growing AI startup transforming the physical economy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 0‑to‑1 hiring strategy for GTM, product, and business roles.
• Design interview processes, sourcing strategies, and enable recruiting tools.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand business drivers and translate them into talent needs.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and promote Pallet’s business talent brand.
• Lay the foundation for scaling the recruiting team as the company grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building recruiting functions in early‑stage, high‑growth companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Track record of hiring for business, GTM, and executive roles.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced AI/tech environment.
