Founder’s Office Executive Operations Lead

About the role

You’ll sit in the Founder’s Office and act as a force‑multiplier to the CEO and leadership team, driving ambiguous cross‑functional problems to clear plans and shipped outcomes. This execution‑focused role requires you to diagnose issues, write plans, align stakeholders, and manage projects to completion without needing permission at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CEO’s operating cadence: weekly priorities, OKR/KR tracking, meeting hygiene, decision logs, and follow‑ups.
• Run special projects across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success, building lightweight systems such as dashboards, templates, and playbooks.
• Support enterprise deal execution: proposal/SOW hygiene, pricing models, redline coordination, and creation of executive‑friendly updates and launch communications.
• Help operationalize compliance by tracking policy updates, QA workflows, audit‑ready documentation, and evidence collection.
• Improve internal throughput through planning rituals, meeting structures, hiring process upgrades, tooling choices, and partnership with Finance/BizOps on budgeting and vendor management.

Required profile

• High‑agency operator who proactively diagnoses problems and drives end‑to‑end solutions.
• Structured thinker with strong written communication, capable of turning ambiguity into concrete next steps.
• Low ego, high standards, fast learner, trustworthy, and comfortable with an early‑stage, high‑intensity pace.

Required skills

• Project management (real execution, not just status updates).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Analytical ability (Excel/Sheets, basic modeling, KPI design).
