Founder Associate

About the role

Hexa is seeking a Founder Associate to serve as the right hand to the founding team. This generalist position supports a fast‑moving AI startup in manufacturing, handling everything from customer demos to investor materials, allowing the founders to focus on product, fundraising, and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Run customer demos and support commercial activities alongside the founders
• Prepare investor materials, due‑diligence packages, and fundraising documents
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and operational processes
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in manufacturing and supply chain
• Support product and go‑to‑market projects as needed
• Automate workflows and improve internal systems and processes

Required profile

• Generalist mindset with comfort owning any task that needs to be done
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to switch contexts quickly across multiple projects
• Comfort with ambiguity and capability to turn vague briefs into clear outcomes
• Proactive, self‑directed attitude without waiting for instructions
• Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, or B2B SaaS is a plus
