Foundations Engineer (Deep Platform)

About the role

Rox is building an AI‑native revenue operating system and needs a Foundations Engineer to design, build, and operate the core platform that powers its autonomous agents. You will work at the intersection of platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and real‑time data systems to enable reliable, low‑latency decision loops.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement core infrastructure for real‑time context ingestion and low‑latency retrieval.
• Build and maintain cloud deployment pipelines, platform tooling, and developer self‑service infrastructure.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of distributed systems supporting long‑running AI tasks.
• Support agent execution frameworks and orchestration mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with product engineers to ship features quickly while ensuring operational excellence.

Required profile

• Experience building internal developer platforms or cloud infrastructure tooling.
• Strong background in distributed systems and real‑time data processing.
• Track record of delivering scalable backend infrastructure for high‑throughput workloads.
• Ability to own systems end‑to‑end, from design through production monitoring.
