Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Revenue Platform

About the role

Rox is building the world’s first revenue operating system that combines AI‑native workflows with autonomous revenue agents. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will work directly with top revenue teams to translate complex business needs into functional, AI‑driven solutions that accelerate customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical scoping, integration, and implementation of Rox’s platform for enterprise customers.
• Conduct live demos, trainings, and hands‑on workshops to drive product adoption.
• Design and prototype custom workflows, write SQL queries, and deliver proof‑of‑concepts that showcase ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to feed customer insights back into the product roadmap.
• Provide ongoing technical support and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a high degree of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, customer‑facing engineering roles.
