Forklift Mechanic – Repair & Maintenance

About the role

RLC is seeking a Forklift Mechanic to join its Marietta, GA Service Center. This full‑time position offers up to $40.48 per hour, Monday‑Friday shifts, and a week of vacation after 90 days. You will work in a fast‑paced environment repairing and maintaining a variety of material‑handling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild, repair, and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, hydraulic lifts, and aerial lifts.
• Create and manage repair work orders using computer systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with other duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Clean driving record for the past five years.
• At least three years of experience repairing industrial fork trucks.
• Ability to lift 100‑125 lbs and work safely in a fast‑paced setting.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
