Food Prep Worker

About the role

The Food Prep works at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion restaurant in Gilford. The person prepares food or assists with food preparation and helps the cashiers facilitate orders to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Handle inventory properly and prepare products
• Keep all food warmers full
• Maintain proper food handling procedures
• Organize and clean the station, remove garbage and clean equipment
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures

Required profile

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Fluent English
• Able to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs or ramps
• Sufficient mobility for constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services

• Ability to work in an open-air environment in all weather
• Follows safety policies, completes company-wide and job-specific safety training
