Food & Beverage Manager – Hyatt Regency Deerfield

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all food and beverage outlets at the Hyatt Regency in Deerfield, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability. Reporting to the General Manager/Director of Operations, this role oversees restaurants, bars, banquet services, and catering functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, maintaining high‑quality food, beverage, and service standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and drive revenue through promotions and upselling.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3–7+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations, with prior leadership in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems such as MICROS POS and Toast POS.
