Floor Supervisor (Seasonal)

About the role

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing a designated section of the facility, setting operational and performance standards, and ensuring efficient day‑to‑day floor operations. This role involves leading and motivating staff, providing training and guidance, and maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the floor team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Madison Club standards.
• Train and coach staff on menu knowledge, service protocols, and POS accuracy.
• Assign and supervise sections, wait stations, and service areas, coordinating staffing during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work environment and hold the team accountable.
• Communicate special member needs (allergies, dietary restrictions) to kitchen and staff.
• Prepare and serve beverages, verify food order accuracy, and audit member checks before closing.
• Address member complaints promptly and serve as escalation point before involving management.
• Oversee opening, mid‑shift, and closing duties, ensuring completion of side work and operational checklists.

Required profile

• Previous server or lead supervisor experience preferred.
• Current Riverside County Food Handler Card and Alcohol Serving Card.
• Food Safety Management Certification.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for up to 8 hours and lift items up to 50 lb.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.

• Food Safety Management certification.
